1) Jackfruit is well known as tropical fruit and also the largest size of fruit in the world 。In Malaysia，the most familiar species are known as J33 ，CJ3 and our own species which yet to be registered with Malaysia Agriculture Department，Wherein I wish to name it as “Sunco”.

Description on different type of Jackfruit.

· J33 taste sweet with a little sour, Yellow Color’s Pulp，and its chewy texture is slightly bad.

· CJ3 taste sweet with pulp in yellow color, having good chewy textures but the pulp is thin.

· Sunco taste sweet，pulp in yellow color with nice chewy texture，the pulp is thick。The fragrance of the Sunco will maintain in the mouth after we eat，(the taste will stay with our throat)。The specials of Sunco Jackfruit cannot be compared by other species ！

· As a professional Wholesaler，Purchaser and farmer，it is for sure I will purchase the best species of jackfruit.

2) Please forgive me not be able to present a good proposal。As a businessman and investor，for long term plan，I have to plant the jackfruit to enable me export the jackfruit to around the world。

3) 现今，the price of pure fruit (after process) as 1KG = RM15.00

4) After packing as 400g = RM6.00 which is 100g = RM1.50 。

5) Average of weight of Jackfruit is 20kg, however with only 60%--~70% ( 13kg )is the pulp。

· Average 1kg Jackfruit contains 650g pulp, wholesale price of 1 Jackfruit is 1kg = RM2.60，From Wholesaler sold to fruit hawker is RM3.00 .

· The Capital of 1 jackfruit is 20kg = RM60.00

(RM60.00÷ 13kg (average pulp) = RM4.15/kg)

· Their Profit is RM15.00 - RM4.615 = RM10.38 (net profit)

· In addition, 1 Jackfruit with 20kg x RM3.00 = RM60.00

· The pulp of a jackfruit is 13kg x Rm15.00 = RM195.00 – RM60.00 = RM135 (225%)

· Profit of wholesaler is RM0.40 x 20kg = RM8.00 x 100粒 = Rm800.00 (roughly 3 days time)。

· Every 3 days，I will purchase 1000kg x RM2.30 = RM2300.00，(subject to the quantity you able to carry)。(it will be better if you can self-plantation)，Average in 3days /trip is 5000kg。

· Currently, the market has three times more consumption power of Jackfruit。It just that no one has more than 100 acre land to plant the jackfruit。

6) If Government or private sector fancy to this plantation of jackfruit, be noted the profit of jackfruit is amazing and unimaginable high。

7) It would be best if Governmet could allocate agriculture land to me。

Based on my experience in Jackfruit’s plantation，20acre of land , from beginning of plantation until production (year 2000 until 2003)estimated need to invest RM200,000.00. With average 1 acre needs RM10,000.00。

Before，in year 2003, the price of wholesale is RM1.10, Wholesaler selling with the price of RM1.40，Price of Purchaseis RM0.70。

The capital has returned just in 3 years（year 2006）。

8) 1 Acre of land could plant 70 jackfruit trees，A tree could stay for 10-15 jackfruit,(if prefer larger size of jackfruit only 5-10 jackfruit could stay on the tree)

It is best to produce the jackfruit in 15kg-18kg,because the taste of jackfruit within 15kg-18kg is the best. It should be noted that to increase the weight of the jackfruit, the less quantity of jackfruit on the tree.

9) Jackfruit has 2 and a half season per year, there are 5 seasons in 2 years，the process of blossom until produce a jackfruit needs 105-120 days。

· A tree with 12 Jackfruits x 2 ½seasons = 30Jackfruits。

30jackfruits x 16kg = 480kg

480kg x RM2.60(wholesale price) = RM1248(a tree per year)

· 100acre x 70 trees = 7000 trees

7000 trees x Rm1248(a tree per year) = RM8,736,000.00

· Cost per year = RM 2,184,000.00 {25%}

· Loss = RM 436,800.00 {5% }

· R & D = RM 218,400.00 {2.5%}

· Pay back to bank = RM 655,200.00 {7.5%}(settlement of RM1,000,000.00 loan could be done within 3 years)
